International Economics, graduate programme which concentrates on International Economics. This programme is offered by the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw which, in opinion of Polish State Accreditation Committee, offers the best economics curricula in Poland. This programme leads to the degree of 'magister', which corresponds to Master of Arts in Economics.
- You will fluently implement advanced macro and micro theory while modeling socio-economic processes
- You will understand how finance and economics work and you will be able to use this knowledge for advance finance engineering in international corporations
- You will acquire knowledge about the rules of negotiations and you will know how to solve trade disputes

Admission rules for candidates with Polish diplomas
The programme is open to all international and Polish applicants. Candidates must:
1) have a bachelor, master, engineer or equivalent degree,
2) submit a statement of purpose/cover letter and two letters of recommendation from academics with at least PhD degree, who know the candidate personally,
3) present a transcript of records for the relevant undergraduate cycle (diploma supplement from the EU or the equivalent in other countries).
4) Qualification is based on the ranking list. Ranking points are calculated as following:
- points for a purpose/cover letter: max 100 pts (10% weight)
- points for letters of recommendation: max 100 pts for each letter (10% weight for each letter)
- points awarded for subjects completed during previous course of study: each subject max 100 pts (each subject 10% weight) – numbers of hours and received grade are taken into account
5) in admission procedure it is possible to obtain 100 pts in total
6) During verification process the Admission Committee takes under consideration following subjects:
- Microeconomics
- Macroeconomics
- Mathematical Statistics
- Probability Calculus
- Econometrics
- Mathematical Analysis (Mathematical Calculus)
- International Economic Relations or International Trade Theory or Theory of International Exchange
