Reception of documents:
- I round: 22nd-24th of July, 2019
- II round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during I round): 25th-26th of July, 2019
- III round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during I round): 29th-30th of July, 2019
- additional rounds will be announced in case of not fulfilling the limits
