Announcement of results: 20th of September, 2019
Reception of documents:
- I round: 23rd of September, 2019 (2 p.m.-6 p.m.), 24th of September, 2019 (10 a.m.-2 p.m.)
- II round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during I round): 25th of September, 2019 (2 p.m.-6 p.m.), 26th of September, 2019 (10 a.m.-2 p.m.)
- III round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during II round): 27th of September, 2019 (2 p.m.-6 p.m.), 30th of September, 2019 (2 p.m.-6 p.m.)
- additional rounds will be announced in case of not fulfilling the limits
