Admission rules for candidates with Polish diplomas
You can apply for studies if you have a bachelor's degree, master's degree, engineer's degree or equivalent.
All applicants must be able to provide evidence that their command of the English language is sufficient (at least B2 level, documented by one of the certificates from this list: http://rekrutacja.uw.edu.pl/files/pdf/Documents-knowledge_of_English_EN.pdf
The applicant is qualified on the basis of a written entrance examination in English. The exam covers the content of the readings listed below.
The maximum score of the entrance examination is 100. Within the current admission limit applicants will be qualified on the basis of their exam score, which shall not be lower than 60%.

The entrance exam measures the basic knowledge of cognitive science and formal logic, as well as the ability of critical reading of scientific papers. It will be a single-choice test based on the following readings:

Deadlines
Date of the exam: 17th of September, 2019., 11 a.m.
Exam will take place at Faculty of Psychology, Stawki 5/7 Street, 00-183 Warsaw, room 408, (4th floor)
If you are abroad, you can take a distance entrance exam. To do so, please, download the request form (you can find it here), print it out, sign it and send the scan back to cogsci@psych.uw.edu.pl by September 17th.
The distance exam will take place at the same time as the standard entrance exam.
Announcement of results: 20th of September, 2019
Reception of documents:
- I round: 23rd of September, 2019, (11 a.m.-2 p.m.), 24th of September, 2019, (2 p.m.-4 p.m.)
- II round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during I round): 26th of September, 2019, (10 a.m.-3 p.m.)
- III round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during II round): 30th of September, 2019, (12 a.m.-2 p.m.)
