The LLM program is designed for law graduates or graduates from any of the following areas of study: economy, finance, management, or any equivalent, with documented professional experience (e.g. internships).

The study program (478 hours) is divided into 3 thematic blocks and a seminar. The participants have to complete a traineeship and to write a dissertation.

The Lectures (introduction, block I-III and seminars) will be held during the weekdays from October to February.
The Traineeship take place in March-April.
The Seminars take place in April-June.

In order to graduate from the course of study, the student must meet the conditions of graduation:

1. participating in and passing 3 thematic blocks
2. participating in and passing the thematic seminar
3. obtaining 63 ECTS points (3 thematic blocks of 15 ECTS, thematic seminar of 3 ECTS: one to choose to elaborate on, internship of 5 ECTS, thesis seminar of 10 ECTS)
4. elaborating and submitting a thesis for assessment

Graduates receive a post-graduate diploma containing a list of subjects covered by their course of study.

• an application for admission to studies printed from the IRK system (https://irk.uw.edu.pl/);
• a certified copy of a higher education diploma;
• a completed personal questionnaire (a template of the questionnaire is available on the website);
• a cover letter;
• confirmation of English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2 (TOEFL, FCE, CEA, CPE, IELTS Academic or another recognised certificate);
• a thesis proposal;
• a copy of an identity document (identity card / passport);
• a statement of a mailing address (a template of the statement is available on the website);
• 2 photos (37 x 52 mm);
• a payment declaration (a template of the declaration is available on the website).

The candidates with the highest score will be accepted by the Recruitment Commission. The Commission will assess the professional and scientific experience of the candidate, his motivational letter and his thesis proposal.
