For candidates for the QPE program:
First round:
- submission of documents to the IRK system: May 6-June 10
- selected candidates invited to the second stage: June 15
- second stage – interviews in Warsaw or via Skype: June 23-30
- accepted candidates notified: July 1
Second round:
- submission of documents to the IRK system: July 1-July 22
- selected candidates invited to the second stage: August 10
- second stage – interviews in Warsaw or via Skype: September 1-14
- accepted candidates notified: September 17
The third round will be opened only if the limit of places available in the programme is not exceeded after second round.
Scholarships
3 600 PLN.
Starting date of education:
October 1, 2019
Required documents:
- The application generated from the IRK system,
- Master’s diploma (or a promise to upload it by September 16, 2019)
- CV covering research interests and activities since October 2014, particularly publications; participation in projects and conferences; awards; academic research visits; contact details of scholars who could recommend you
- Evidence that your level of English is at least B2 (upper intermediate)
- Your master or bachelor thesis or some other academic text you wrote (preferably in English)
- Description of your research project up to 12,000 characters (spaces included)
- Your intended supervisor’s consent, along with the information about the number of PhD students (s)he currently has
- 1 photograph
- Consent to have your data processed for the recruitment purposes
Any documents in languages other than Polish and English will only be considered if accompanied by a certified translation
Admission procedure:
I stage: evaluation of the research project and completeness of documents;
II stage: interview with presentations related to the project research combined with the evaluation of the candidate's experience and scientific achievements.
The interview does not provide for the qualification exam.

The candidates can get up to 100 points:
- 30 points for the research project
- 25 points for the CV
- 45 points for the interview
